44 MM LIGHT CLOSURE INSERTION TOOLS
Tri-Sure® 44 mm light closures are applied using insertion dies. Tri-Sure offers a full range of insertion tooling and advice for traditional two-stage insertion, combination dies, and single-operation insertion. Open Head Blow Molding
Balmer Lawrie Van Leer offers the latest Round Rib design barrels at Top and Bottom for better strength, easy handling, better stack ability and excellent drop impact strength. These products represent the most successful design, setting out new performance standard drums. This drums are best suited for packing of Semi Solid/ Solid, Resin , Surfactant, Adhesive products including most hazardous and dangerous chemicals.

During the drum reconditioning process (burning to remove residues and cleaning for reuse), the flange gasket—typically made of a non-metallic sealing material—can burn, melt, or lose elasticity, leading to fluid or vapor leakage during reuse. The Sealing Collar provides a secondary sealing mechanism by crimping over the curled flange area, thus restoring the sealing integrity of the drum

Lacquered Closures
We do the coating of closures with different verities of local & international lacquer paints
Lacquer-coated drum closures are metallic sealing components (typically steel) that are internally coated with a protective lacquer layer to prevent direct contact between the drum’s contents and the metal surface. These closures consist of the standard 2” and ¾” threaded bungs/plugs along with corresponding flanges, often used in 210-liter steel drums. The internal lacquer coating plays a vital role in enhancing chemical resistance, corrosion prevention, and content purity, especially in drums used for storing corrosive, sensitive, or food-grade materials.
Lever Latch & Clips

These clips are mechanical latching devices usually called lever lock clamps, latch clips, or locking clips
These clips hold the closing ring tightly around the drum’s lid and body. They are common in open-head drums (both steel and plastic).
The clip acts as a hinged lever that tightens the ring by mechanical advantage, pulling the two ends together and locking in place.

Balmer Lawrie Van Leer offers specifically designed various sizes of HMHDPE Liners used as a protective layer in MS or GI Composite drums, providing tailored fit and protect the content of drums and containers, ensuring product integrity during storage and transportation. This Liners are designed to be compatible with various types of containers and material, offering barrier against contamination, leakage and environmental factors.
Certain Aggressive chemicals required the safety of plastic HMHDPE liner but the strength and durability of package is provided by outer layer of steel drums. The composite steel drum is a safe way to package aggressive materials .
Valérex V 20

Phenolic and Epoxy phenolic Lacquers
Two main types of drum linings- sometimes referred to as 'lacquers'- are generally used: epoxy phenolic and pure phenolic. In pure phenolic linings the binder is a phenolic resin. In epoxy phenolic linings it is a blend of (usually) 70% epoxy and 30% Phenolic resins. This blend improves flexibility and results in an optimal balance of mechanical and chemical performance. many linings contain inert pigments. such as titanium dioxide or iron oxide.
