In Terms of Section 4 of “The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal ), Act 2013, an Internal committee has been constituted for Corporate Office, Steel Drum Closure Division and Plastic Container Division of the company located at D-195/2, TTC Industrial Area, MIDC Turbhe, Navi Mumbai 400705 to:

• Provide safe working environment
• Provide protection to women employee against any sort of acts, behavior, discrimination or harassment which can be considered as an act of harassment under Section 2 (n) of the Act
• Prevention of such acts
• Redressal of complaints, if any, and matters connected to incidental thereto

As per the statute , “Sexual harassment” includes unwelcome sexually tinted behavior, whether directly or by implication, such as:

• Physical contact and advances
• Demand or request for sexual favors
• Making sexually coloured remarks
• Showing pornography or
• Any other unwelcome physical ,verbal or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature
