Flange 4s SystemSystem Components Products
The 4s® Closure System by Trisure is composed of four key elements that work in harmony to ensure secure, leak-proof, and tamper-evident sealing for industrial drums.
Tri-Sure® R Plug
At the heart of the system is the Tri-Sure® R Plug, available in standard 2” and 3/4” sizes, manufactured from high-quality steel or plastic. Designed with precision threading, the plug ensures a tight, reliable seal under various handling and transport conditions.
Tri-Sure® 4s Flange
The Tri-Sure® 4s Flange is permanently affixed to the drum opening and provides a robust interface for the plug. It is engineered to withstand internal pressure and external stress, maintaining the structural integrity of the closure even during rigorous use.
Washer
To prevent leakage and ensure chemical resistance, a Washer is inserted between the plug and the flange. This sealing washer is available in multiple materials—such as NBR, EPDM, VITON and PTFE depending on the compatibility required for the product being stored or transported.
Capseal
Completing the system is the Capseal, which adds an extra layer of protection. It not only shields the plug from physical damage and environmental exposure but also serves as a tamper-evident indicator, ensuring product safety and regulatory compliance.
