Trisure Closure Manufacturing Plant – Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
The Trisure Closure manufacturing facility, located at Turbhe, commenced operations in 1995 with an initial capacity of 5 million sets per annum. To meet growing demand across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, the plant's capacity was progressively expanded to 15 million sets by 2008 and further to 30 million sets per annum by 2011.
This unit caters primarily to steel drum manufacturers and users, supplying high-quality closure systems that ensure secure and reliable packaging for a range of industrial applications.
Steel Drum Accessories Unit – Bengaluru

  • Valerex 20 Containers
    Introduced In 1994, Valerex 20 Was The First Of Its Kind In The Indian Market. Designed Primarily For The Lubricant Oil, Chemical, And Food Sectors, The Product Quickly Gained Industry Acceptance.
    • Initial Capacity: 900,000 Containers/Year
    • Expanded Capacity: 1.8 Million Containers/Year By 2011
  • Valerex 200 Drums
    Launched In 1996, Valerex 200 Is Widely Used By Chemical And Lubricant Companies.
    • Initial Capacity: 360,000–400,000 Drums/Year
    • Expanded Capacity: 800,000 Drums/Year By 2011
  • Blow Molded Drums & Liners
    In March 2000, The Facility Added Production Capability For 50L And 100L Blow–Molded Drums And Liners For 210L Steel Drums.
    • Current Capacity: 420,000 Drums/Year
  • Smartpack Pails (20L & 10L)
    To Address The Growing Demand For 20L Packaging In The Lubricant Industry, A Dedicated Line For Smartpack Pails Was Introduced.
